UV Printer Basics: photo keychain

Learn all the steps needed to create your own designs on the UV Printer! This printer uses UV light to cure ink nearly instantly, which allows you print on nonporous materials that are otherwise hard to print on, such as glass, tile, plastic, metal, or leather, to name a few. The quick-drying nature of the ink also allows you to print in multiple layers, building up thickness for textured designs. In this class you will learn all the steps to run the printer from file setup to machine operation. You will bring your own photo or graphic design to print on a piece of acrylic, perfectly sized to be a key chain or desk decoration. You can choose to print a layer of white for a standard photo look, or skip the white layer for a cool transparent look. All the knowledge needed to be able to certify on the UV Printer will be covered in this class. A separate certification appointment can be scheduled after the class.
