Inkscape for Beginners Class

Session Dates: Wednesday, September 24th Wednesday, October 1st Wednesday, October 8th Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM Description: Dive into graphic design using Inkscape! In this 3 session class, you will: Learn the basic Inkscape interface Gain an understanding of the dock and file organization Cover how to use and edit the shape, text and pen tools to create a simple logo or design Learn to save and export files and assets Leave the class with your design made into a sticker! Inkscape is a free, open-source program for creating and editing vector graphics. Vector files can be used to design or modify files for a multitude of machines at Gizmo including the: Lasers, 3D Printers, Embroidery Machine, CNC Router, CNC Mill, and Sticker Printer.
