Healing Arts Sound Bath - September
Third Wednesday of the month brings a soothing sound bath experience at the JACC. Join Melissa Dodge-Hutchins, Dale Young & Patrick Hutchins for an evening of singing bowls, Native American flute and gentle percussion to ease and awaken body, mind and soul. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow - whatever feels comfortable to you. Participants generally lie on the floor.
