GRIT Explorers! Girls Revolution in Technology (Ages 8-11)

Session Dates (4): Wednesday, January 7th Wednesday, January 14th Wednesday, January 21st Wednesday, January 28th Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Description: Gizmo-CdA’s Girls Revolution In Technology (G.R.I.T.) is an after-school program just for girls ages 8-11. In this hands-on, mentor-supported space, you’ll explore everything from laser cutting and 3D printing, to shop tools, coding and electronics like Circuit Playground, Micro:bits, and Arduinos—building real projects while learning real skills. Whether you’re coding, soldering, designing, or inventing, you’ll gain the confidence to create, experiment, and innovate. Join the movement, make new friends, and discover how fun and powerful technology can be! Age: 8-11 Cost: $70 (includes materials)
