Empowering Mom's: Workout Led by Simply Strong 208
FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!
Come join us for a fun workout led by Erin Longmire, CPT, owner of Simply Strong 208, a kid-friendly (and encouraged) family gym in CdA.
Erin will lead us through a fun circuit training workout and then we'll enjoy protein coffees post workout! Come for the workout, stay for the friendships. Kiddos are welcome to join in the workout or to come and play!
