BIO: Originally a high school teacher and coach, Lance got his start in personal finance back in 2012. He made the transition out of public education and into full-time financial advice in 2020. Lance has been growing his business locally for the past three years. After two years at Horizon Credit Union, he joined Prudential Advisors in 2025 because they offered him the opportunity to build his business around Financial Planning. Lance brings his passion for education to every Strategy Session with his clients and prospects. “You’ve got to have the end in mind with just about everything. What are you aiming for? What’s the desired result?”, says Lance, adding “If you fail to plan, you’re just planning to fail.” Lance’s focus these days is helping individuals, families, and business owners consider current actions in light of future goals. He joined the Post Falls Chamber in January 2026 because he wants to be a part of a thriving community where business owners are striving to create a productive and prosperous Post Falls.
